Helping Hands Homeless Shelter is seeking passionate, community-minded individuals to join our Board of Directors and help turn our vision into a lasting resource for Erie County. As a board member, you will help shape the organization’s future, strengthen community partnerships, guide fundraising efforts, and build the support needed to open and sustain a safe, compassionate shelter for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

We are especially interested in people with experience or connections in fundraising, finance, marketing, healthcare, human services, housing, law, real estate, or community leadership, but professional titles are not everything. We value diverse perspectives, lived experience, fresh ideas, and a genuine willingness to get involved. This is an active working board for people who want to do more than attend meetings, they want to help build something meaningful.
